Membership subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime in your account settings.
Cancellations stop future billing, but payments for the current period are non-refundable.
To avoid renewal charges, please cancel before your renewal date.
Course purchases and digital materials are non-refundable once access is granted, as they are delivered instantly.

Mentorship and consultation sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions are non-refundable.
If Arkmetrix™ must cancel, you may reschedule or request a full refund.
